    • Will be tasked to support Cisco Voice UC/ UCCX / CUCM on customer contact centre site and shall help assist on daily administration and troubleshooting
    • Be the main point of contact for operational updates by the client side and the technical ops team
    • (QOS) Quality of service depending on the speed and resource of the call
    • Consults with clients to determine telephony requirements and recommend solutions and layman explanations
    • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication) or equivalent
    • Cisco Certification on IP Voice related technologies call scripting knowledge
    • Expertise with communications protocols such as H323 / SIP / MGCP / SCCP / QoS / QSIG / T1 CAS / AMIS / G.711 / G.729 is a plus but not a must
    • Knowledge and practice of ITIL processes is a big advantage
    • Expertise in Call Manager v4/5/6  or CUCM(formerly call manager)V8
