    Description
     
    This key role will be responsible for managing the growth, and shaping the future of the organization. .
     
    Other key responsibilities include:
    • Driving the revenue and market share by acquiring new users (B2C) and corporate clients.
    • Accountable for both revenue and profit target achievement through all partners.
    • Introducing strategies, and implementing them in order to create market awareness in Indonesia.
    • Hiring, developing the sales team and providing and setting the clear KPIs.
    • Driving innovation by identifying the gaps in the markets and if required, being involved in new product development.
    • Developing long-term strategy plans with key accounts, and maintaining excellent relationships with all stakeholders.
    • Managing and establishing partnership with different institution.
    • Formulating, recommending and implementing strategies and plans to maximize business targets.
    Profile
     
    This role is opened only to Indonesian who is passionate about helping others. The ideal candidate should have direct industry background in the business development or commercial field. To seize the opportunity to work for a high-profiled company, you should be/have:
    • University graduate major with relevant business qualifications / MBA highly preferred.
    • Minimum of 6 years of experience in the high-tech business development B2B or B2C experience with impressive track records showing the ability to exceed business established goals.
    • Strong relationship in financial institutions and knowledge of consumer lending products is preferred.
    • Experience in multi-national company, or a technology-based company with a sound client relationship skills.
    • Track records showing the ability to maintain and build relationship with all stakeholders.
    • Flexibility to work in both structured and unstructured environment, and frequent traveling (domestic and international).
    • Good team player, ambitious, professional and willing to be hands-on.
    • Result-oriented individual with high achievement drive.
