    Responsibilities:
    1. Responsible for the company's overall tea brand marketing strategy and marketing plan;
    2. Responsible for the company's tea brand marketing planning work, including various brand promotion activities, integrating online and offline marketing resources;
    3. Abundant media resources, including lifestyle food platforms (evaluation, shopping, etc.), local third-party cooperation (e-wallets, takeaway services, etc.), and promotional media (social media, lifestyle journals, shopping malls and industry portals) , Cross-border cooperation resources, etc .;
    4. Track the effects of brand marketing activities, make timely adjustments, and improve brand awareness;
    5. Establish an effective analysis and evaluation system to ensure the effectiveness of brand building and promotion;
    6. Industry and competitive product analysis, tracking industry and competitive product trends, and providing communication strategies and creative support for company brands and product line brands.
     
    Requirements:
    1. Bachelor degree or above, more than 3 years working experience in brand marketing, 4A company account manager working background will be a plus;
    2. With cross-border cooperation resources and successful cases; well-known companies with successful marketing cases are preferred;
    3. Passionately research the characteristics and development trends of social media, master new media marketing methods such as FB and IG, and be familiar with the operation ideas of word-of-mouth marketing;
    4. Possess good business negotiation ability, strong project coordination ability, and unique strategic vision;
    5. Passionate, have strong innovation ability and sense of responsibility, market sensitivity is strong, can work under high pressure.
    6. Mandarin or English can be used as a working language.
