Lowongan Sales Assistant Manager-PT Schutz Container Systems Indonesia
- Will be directly responsible for growth of sales of all SCHÜTZ products and services in the designated region with a particular focus on the development of new sales of ECOBULK IBC in Indonesia.
- To achieve the agreed sales targets, through existing sales channels and development of new customers.
- To gain knowledge and understanding of developments in the industrial packaging market in the designated region, including developing customers and prospect focused customers, and competitor’s activity reports.
- Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction, to better achieve sustainable sales growth.
- To develop, maintain and strengthen relationships with customers and to identify market trends, needs and opportunities and translate them into business success.
- To represent SCHÜTZ in the market in a professional and ethical manner, and gain respect in the general marketplace for our company as the supplier of choice for quality packaging solutions.
- Minimum Bachelor degree holder; majoring in marketing or chemical engineering would be an advantage.
- Aged 27-32 years old
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a sales role with proven sales record, preferably in Industrial Packaging,
- Experience in selling to the industrial and chemical industry will be an added advantage.
- Possessing own transport that can be used for his/her daily operation.
- Hard working, self-motivated and results oriented. Speed has to be the integral aspect of the candidate and the ability to work independently as well as in the team environment is critical.
- Representable and professional looking, with positive and likable personality with a demonstrated ability to build rapport.
- Some experience in managing key accounts is preferable.
- Must be able to communicate in English, written and verbal.
- Be able to handle negotiations independently with a focus on International companies.
- Willingness to work based at Karawang, West Java.

Under the general supervision of the General Manager, this role requires a proven sales professional to lead the growth of IBC (Intermediate Bulk Container) sales across Indonesia, with a particular focus on new customer development.
The incumbent will use effective methods such as building client relationships, surveying new segments & providing customer satisfaction, to achieve growth targets. This position will be a key team player within the PT. Schutz Container Systems Indonesia organization and a leading contributor to its on-going success.
