    Key Duties:
    • Reviewing support cases and resolutions and making recommendations in line with best practices
    • Identifying potential technical or business obstacles in providing best support to regional customers and developing and executing solutions
    • Providing updates on Technosoft’ strategic and product roadmaps to internal team as well as to regional customers.
    • Conducting quarterly site visits to Customers and delivering quarterly reviews that summarize support issue trends and identify opportunities for improvement.
    • Maintain current functional and technical knowledge of the entire Technosoft product line
    • Provide clear and constructive product feedback to Technosoft Product Management teams based on customer requirements
    • Help to document best practices in developing and deploying Technosoft solutions to select customers
    • Function as a front-line technical resource for “best practice” and informal customer questions
     
    Skills and experience required:
    • At least 8+ year’s experience in customer-facing positions in support, technical account manager, or support engineer role
    • Experience with modern software development methodologies, with emphasis on software and hardware architecture, infrastructure design and development and Windows.
    • Knowledge of C# and Microsoft Dynamics preferred
    • Strong analytical skills regarding technical support management issues
    • Flexible to be on-call via a company provided mobile device to respond to high-severity customer issues during non-standard business hours
    • Ability to manage and drive competing requests across simultaneous client engagements
    • Strong organizational skills with an ability to manage competing client demands
    • Ability to interact and communicate with multiple levels of people including CxO
    • Excellent communications and interpersonal skills including presentation skills
    • Willing and able to travel locally within Philippines and worldwide
    • Bachelor’s Degree required or equivalent industry experience
    • Team Management, and also self-driven
    • Experience in Microsoft Dynamic, background in Automotive are preferred
