    As part of it's development plan in the Asia Pacific, Lesaffre Yeast and Baking Solutions, is currently looking for an experienced Bakery Technical Advisor (BTA).
    The position will be based in Jakarta Area, Bandung Area and Surabaya Area. This role will direct reports to Baking Center Manager and matrix report to Regional Sales Manager of PT Saf Indonusa.
    General & Strategic
    Work with Baking Center Manager and Regional Sales Manager to support commercial team in developing the business by assisting the technical aspects (demontration, consultation and problem solving, training the customer orprospect customer, test/trial and new product development) and develop new business to achieve the goals.
    Job Responsibilities
    1. Directly responsible to Baking Center Manager, indirectly responsible to Regional Sales Manager.
    2. Responsible and accountable for day to day operational in Baking Center.
    3. Technical assistant for key customer.
    4. Create new innovative application minimum 2 innovation per month.
    5. Supporting commercial team (demo B2B and B2C, handling complain, visit customer, baked sample) in their respective region and nation wide if necessary.
    6. Generate monthly report to direct superior.
    Job Specification
    1. Education min D-3 from food tech, baking sience, food and hospitality academy.
    2. Minimum 3-5 years working experinces in multinational company and preferably Manager/asst Manager
    3. Able to speak English and computer skill.
    4. Dynamic, creative, attractive, talkative and passionate in Baking.
