    Peringatan email penipuan yang menyasar calon karyawan

    Hal ini telah menjadi perhatian kami bahwa akhir-akhir ini terdapat email penipuan yang berkedok sebagai Olam International Limited dan anak perusahaannya (“Olam” atau “Perusahaan”) dengan target calon karyawan dan kandidat, terutama di Indonesia.

    Email ini mencantumkan surat palsu dengan menggunakan logo dan kop surat milik Olam serta meminta pembayaran untuk biaya perjalanan dari pihak yang mencari peluang kerja di Perusahaan.

    Email ini berasal dari berbagai alamat email palsu, dengan judul seperti “Panggilan Tes Seleksi OLAM GROUP Tahun 2018” (Pemilihan untuk Tes Olam Group: Tahun 2018).
     
    Olam Internasional dan anak perusahaannya bukan pencetus dari email penipuan ini.

    Semua email yang dikirim oleh Olam diakhiri dengan “@olamnet.com”. Perusahaan dan anak perusahaannya, tidak mengirim email yang meminta data pribadi atau pembayaran dalam bentuk apa pun dari domain eksternal atau alamat email pribadi lainnya termasuk @gmail.com, @yahoo.com and @hotmail.com. Harap dicatat bahwa tidak ada informasi pribadi dari klien, mitra, atau karyawan yang ada yang telah dikompromikan.

    Jika ragu dengan keaslian email dari Olam atau anak perusahaannya, atau jika Anda yakin Anda telah menjadi korban dari penipuan, silahkan hubungi kami.

    Job duties & Responsibility
    • Lead new product development ideas and process.
    • Developing new menu to be shared with beverage house customers to grow customer business.
    • To become an adviser or consultant to customer on the right coffee serving method (art of coffee) from quality, speed and efficiency perspective.
    • Demonstrate a thorough understanding of beverage house menu offering as well as new menu trend in the market.
    • Provide assistant and advice to beverage house customer on coffee machine operation and calibration.
    • Provide solution to solve coffee technical problem in beverage house customer
    • Lead Barista Training support for key and loyal customers both on regular as well as on an ad-hoc basis.
    • Key influencer in the selling process when supporting the sales team.
    • Build networking across Barista community
    • Build customer trust on Olam Professional brand entity 
    Requirements:
    • At least 5 years experience as Barista preferably from international or national coffee chain.
    • Demonstrates clear understanding on multi type of coffee machine way of working and its dynamics.
    • Demonstrates success in creating customer satisfaction on the quality, speed and efficiency of coffee serving method.
    • Having knowledge and understanding on green bean and roasted bean process into ground.
    • Demonstrate capability of persuasive selling to customers.
    • Demonstrate success in managing customer complaints, objection or request in a persuasive manner with a win-win solution approach.  
    • Strong Customer service orientation. Works well in a team, build relationship with cafĂ© customer at multi-level position.
    • Honest, dedicated, hard-working, can-do attitude.
    • Proactively engage with beverage house customers on a regular basis as part of customer relationship management and build opportunity to grow customer business.
