    HR Job Functions :
    • Manage day to day HR operations (including recruitment, onboarding, outplacement, payroll, BPJS, income tax, leave records, etc.)
    • Serve as a consultant to management and Business Managers on HR related issues.
    • Assess and anticipates HR-related needs. Contribute to a multitude of HR activities to drive business performance
    • Work and build relationship with employment agencies, universities and other recruitment sources. Use online platforms.
    • Maintain company salary structure, job descriptions and documentation, and job evaluation systems
    • Provide guidance and input on business restructuring, workforce planning, succession planning
    • Identify training needs when needed
    • Manage and control departmental expenditure within agreed budgets
    • Maintain awareness and knowledge of latest HR development theory and methods and provide suitable interpretation to directors, managers, and staff within the organization
    • Plan for employee’s performance appraisal; develop tools for appraisal, job evaluation, and development
     
    GA Job Functions :
    • Supervise Receptionist and OfficeBoy / Messenger
    • Administrate / Manage general supplies and office affairs
    • Manage company fleet of vehicles
    • Manage and administrate legal files and affairs of the company such as distribution / lease agreements, corporate files & agreements, permits, insurances, etc.
    • 5 S Administrator for office and warehouses
     
    Desired Skills, Experiences, and Traits:
     
    • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management
    • 4-5 years of working experience in similar HR function
    • Good understanding and experiences in payroll, BPJS and PPh. 21,
    • Good understanding of the HR principles, Indonesia labor law and regulations
    • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and result oriented
    • Computer literate with proficiency in MS Office
    • Strong command - oral and written – of English
    • Excellent interpersonal & communication skills
    • Good analytical skills, self-confident, self-starter, diligent and trustworthy
    • Pro-active , flexible and result oriented
    • Experience in General or Sales Administration is a plus point
     
    Remuneration: THR, BPJS. Annual bonus depending on company result and individual performance
